Custom and personalized orders

Please note that custom, or personalized orders are non refundable, and there may be an additional charge if you would like me to create something special just for you.

Cancellation and refund policies

Cancellations:
All orders are processed quickly so I can get your order to you as fast as possible. Therefore, cancellations may be requested within one hour of purchase. Once it is in progress, I am sorry but I cannot cancel the order.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Sorry but due to the nature of my products, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged in any way, I will be happy to replace it. Please notify me immediately if you have damage, and send me photographs of the damage. Do not throw the box away that it arrives in please, as photographs will be necessary of the box and your product damage for replacements. I will not be able to replace any items without a photograph.

Are shipping times guaranteed?

I am not able to guarantee a specific date for your shipment to arrive once it is in USPS hands. Tracking dates are only estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to weather, pandemic, and acts that are out of my control. Allow for extra time in both processing and shipping during the holidays and due to the pandemic please. What happens if my tracking number says my package is delivered, and I didn't receive it?

Once an item ships, I am no longer responsible for the delivery of the item, as it becomes the carriers responsibility. However, I will be happy to assist you though in trying to locate the package. Please confirm your address you submitted was correct. Please check around the outside of your house, with a neighbor, or if you have a security camera, check to see if the item was delivered via your security feed. Wait 24 hours, as sometime it can be prematurely marked as delivered and arrive the next day. If after 24 hours has passed, contact your local post office who can assist you with trying to trace the package.

Can I upgrade my shipping with your free shipping on orders over $35?

Free shipping for orders over $35 include regular mail only, not upgrades such as Priority Mail or Express delivery.

What happens if an item is damaged when it arrives?

If your print arrived damaged upon delivery, please attach up to 5 photos on the damaged print. Please include at least 3 pictures of the actual damage showing a close up of the damage, a distant photo showing the entire product with damage, and 2 images of the actual damage to the packaging. This is so we can process the claim with the carrier. Please do not discard of the damaged item until the replacement is received. I must have this within 24 hours of delivery based on the tracking information. I will get a replacement to you as quickly as possible. Redelivery will go through the normal process and shipping times. I will not replace an item claimed as damage without the proper photographs.

Who pays for shipping if I return an item to you?

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping of any item that is returned back to me unless we otherwise agree upon a different solution.
